RETURN DETAILS
- To request a return please visit our return portal here. You will need your email and order number to process this request.
- If you've received an item different from what you ordered, our apologies! Reach out to hello@tamarawilliamsbeauty.com with your order specifics, and we'll handle the rest.
- We recommend tracking your return shipment, as we can't be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
- For Collection buys, individual products can't be returned on their own.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and requested within 14 days of purchase due to hygiene concerns.

REFUND DETAILS
- Exchanges come at no additional cost but are contingent on item availability and our approval.
- Our refund policy spans 14 days from the order date.
- If a product isn't returned in its original state as per the guidelines above, we can't process a refund. Additionally, we can't resend the product without charging a shipping fee.
- In cases where promotional discounts were applied, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Card refunds might take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hello@tamarawilliamsbeauty.com) by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
